Are you legit?
Yes! We've been in business since 2016 and we're fully licensed
as an electrical contractor in the State of Washington.
You can verify this yourself with this link on the
Washington Dept. of L&I
Website.
How many employees do you have?
I purposely keep my crew small (just me and a handful of employees). It lets me run a more
skilled, more efficient, and more streamlined team. It gives me strict control over quality. And
it helps me provide better communication with my customers.
Can you handle large projects?
Yes! Since I have experience running large commercial construction projects in the Seattle area,
I’m used to big jobs. Since then, we’ve done just about everything, including hay and food
processing. We’re small, but we do big things!
How far will you travel?
We focus on the Kittitas Valley and Central Washington, but if you have a large enough project,
we’re willing to travel.
Can you give me an estimate for my new house?
Here’s what I will do: I’ll give you my current cost per square foot and what’s included. If
it’s acceptable then we can move forward and I can review your plans or we can schedule a
walk-through.
Do you do spec houses and housing developments?
We avoid them because they create intense pressure on contractors to cut corners and do bad
work. We focus on projects that will let us maintain our high standard of quality.
Will you give me a discount or cut me a break?
No. I refuse to sacrifice quality for lower cost. I won’t give you a song and dance, cut
corners, or take shortcuts. If you want the lowest bid possible, then you should go somewhere
else. But if you want it done right the first time and built to last, then we will deliver.
Do you stand by your work?
Absolutely! When we’re finished with your project, I want you totally satisfied with it. If not,
then we’ll figure out how to make it right. We don’t depend on advertising, we depend on happy
customers.
